Sapphire is traditionally given as 45th anniversary gifts, and I’m afraid that if you want to go the very traditional route, then you’ll have to have saved a fair few pennies for a sapphire or two!
There are many different jewellery related presents you could give your loved one, from sapphire earrings and necklaces, to sapphire rings and bracelets – the choices are pretty much unlimited. Any husband would love some sapphire cufflinks, or a sapphire-encrusted pen too.
On the other hand, if you’re after something other than jewellery, then how about a bottle of Bombay Sapphire gin? You could get your husband a sapphire-blue tie, or your wife a set of sapphire-blue crystal ornaments…
